Sam Inman
Sam brings deep strategic finance and corporate development expertise, with over ten years of investment banking at Moelis & Company — where he led deal structuring, valuation, and capital markets execution across complex transactions. Earlier in his career he held management roles across finance, operations, and supply chain at Texas Instruments, pairing corporate finance discipline with real operating experience. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
The financial mind of the partnership — outside of work, Sam, his wife Alex, and their son spend as much time as they can at the beach.

With over a decade of leadership experience at Fortune 500 and PE-backed companies, Carter drives operational efficiency through technology and process transformation — scaling teams and systems while providing strategic guidance. He pairs that corporate discipline with an entrepreneurial mindset, leading initiatives that drive operational value creation and fuel sustainable growth.
The operator's other half of the partnership — when not working, Carter enjoys spending his time with his wife and daughter surfing at the beach, skiing in the mountains, or traveling to new places.
